With just 1gm sugar and 4gm carbs per serve, it’s probably best you have more than one bag in the pantry.

I absolutely love this. I mix it with coconut yoghurt for breakfast or a snack. It has such a lovely flavour with a nice balance of nuts and crunch and a hint of sweetness. Keeps me pretty full for the day and has helped reduced my snacking. Easily available at Woolies.

Unbelievably good. The peanutty bits are so nutty and delicious and the raspberry is awesome and the wafer thin crispy bits (apple? coconut?) are a joy to eat. I’m a convert for life. Please never ever stop making this. I have a heaped tblsp of this with a tblsp of greek yoghurt and a tblsp of blue berries and WOW.

Taste is great but the Tapioca syrup addition is a poor choice as sweetener being high glucose content
