Blue Frog was named by founder and chief flavour creator Scotty, who was nicknamed Frog growing up because of his long, lanky legs. Scotty and his family were living in Australia on and off for 20 years when on the pilgrimage made by many of driving from Victoria to the Queensland theme parks – the idea for Blue Frog was born. With 2 of Scotty’s kids born in NZ and 2 in Australia, it’s a true ANZAC household (which makes watching the rugby very interesting!). While the family now lives back in New Zealand, Australia will always feel like home.
