Bring a large pot of water to a rapid simmer. Break
the chocolate into small pieces and place in a smaller
heatproof bowl or pot on top. Turn off the heat and
let the chocolate sit without stirring until 2/3 melted.
Stir to melt the remaining chocolate.
Line two large plates with baking paper.
Drop tablespoons of chocolate onto the paper and
top each of these with a generous sprinkle
of Blue Frog Raspberry, Coconut, and Toasted
Almond cereal. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
Can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container
for 3 weeks.
Makes approx. 18 pieces.
