As I order monthly by the box I like to have variety. As I am GF and allergic to oats my choices are limited. Keto is a choice but not my favourite, I find the chia difficult to chew. The flavour is good.

Absolutely beautiful !! Very morish (of course) Only issue is .. i along with many am keto to lose weight and be healthy .. I had my first bowl roughly one third of bag .. noticed recommended servi g size was 40g .. far too small but anyway later realised I had consumed 2495kj in one small bowl!! Whoa !! So as gorgeous as it is I’m going to have to forego as a morning breky :(
